Relevant letting fees and tenant protection information
As well as paying the rent, you may also be required to make the following permitted payments.
Before the tenancy starts (payable to Just Lets 'the agent')
Holding Deposit: 1 week's rent
Deposit: 5 week's rent
During the tenancy (payable to the Agent)
The tenant will be liable to pay charges relating to a change or early termination of a tenancy when such change or termination is requested by the tenant. The landlord has a right refuse the request to an early termination of a fixed term contract without giving a reason.
The tenant will be liable to pay charges relating to payments arising from a default by the tenant where they have had to replace keys or a respective security device, or a charge for late rent payment (not exceeding 3% above the bank of England base rate) if the rent is more than 14 days late.
During the tenancy (payable to the provider) if permitted and applicable
Utilities - gas, electricity, water, communications - telephone and broadband, installation of cable/satellite, subscription to cable/satellite supplier, television licence and council tax.
Other permitted payments
Any other permitted payments, not included above, under the relevant legislation including contractual damages.
