Our Team

Simon has worked in the property industry for more than 30 years, mostly in the Brighton & Hove area. He has been Director of Just Lets since 2002, having previously been an independent letting agent and managed various sales and lettings agencies around Brighton. Simon also managed a sales office overseas. A significant part of Simon's role is to take on new clients and he offers a Procurement service, whereby he will source, help to buy and manage new properties for prospective Buy-To-Let landlords. Outside of work, Simon spends time with family and friends, attends Brighton & Hove Albion matches and is often to be seen at Sussex Cricket fixtures.
